Over the past thirteen years we have tried to keep RaginPagin.com completely free as the Ragin Pagin community has grown. On the one hand this has been very enjoyable, on the other it has been harder to accomplish. Every year, more & more people from all over the world drop by looking for news and opinion on the University of Louisiana, the Ragin' Cajuns and the untold history of UL.

Within the next month we plan on moving to a more robust server, the fifth such move over the last 13 years. Like UL, it seems we seem to outgrow our past, thanks to all.

Our internal search engine has been accessed over eight million times. This does include direct visits or initial visits through external search engines such as Bing, or Google. It is an indicator of RagePage engagement and direct internal searches. It also shows how the archives are a useful tool to UL fans everywhere.

As most of you know the site is in no way connected to, or endorsed by any school in the UL System, we receive no subsidy. Currently our fixed costs have increased to $4300 a year.

Our goal is to raise $3400, if we exceed that goal, Ragin Pagin will donate the excess to UL Athletics.

Our costs will not be stagnant either, we will be making our schedule podcast public later this month though we hope to support it in other ways.

Regardless of how close we come to reaching the goal, we will continue striving to make RaginPagin.com a hub connecting to everything Ragin' Cajuns on the web. We hope to continue doing research so we can be a good source for all info related to UL past present and future.
